Leadership
Kevin Booth, Managing Partner
Kevin founded 90 West Capital Partners to originate and invest in middle-market companies as an independent sponsor. Over the past 18 months, he has originated more than $250 million in enterprise value across middle-market transactions, including the 2026 recapitalization of Lexxel, completed with Avance Investment Management.
Kevin also serves as Senior Advisor to Secretariat Capital, a middle-market private equity and credit provider focused on special situations. There, he supported the 2025 recapitalization of HealthTronics, which Global M&A Network named its Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year.
Kevin trained as an auditor at KPMG, which shaped the diligence-first approach he brings to every deal. He later worked in investment banking at Insignia Financial Group and the Witkoff Group.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Accounting and is based in New York City.
